Broncos Upward Soccer

Nathan is playing Upward soccer this spring at church.  He is playing on a 5 and 6 year old team and doing quite well even though he is one of the youngest players.

James at the Picnic

James is growing and changing so fast.  He has been my primary photography target of late.  It has been fun to keep record of his growth with photos.  Here are a few pics of James and family at our recent picnic.

James has been sitting up well for a few weeks and is now starting to pull his knees up to a crawl position but so far only scoots backwards.  Next up for James’ family is a trip to Cabo.  We will look forward to hearing about your trip.

March Family Picnic

Our family enjoyed the beautiful day last weekend by having a picnic.

Gorgeous day!

We were so thankful to have all our family together.  It is getting harder with all the activities that the grandkids are involved in each weekend.  I prepared some salads and desserts ahead of time and Steve grilled for us.   Some played washers, the kids biked, played basketball and baseball, explored the woods and just generally played around.  James was often the center of attention, entertaining us with his smiles and play.  Following are some photos of our evening:

They will all be back for Easter.   I can’t wait for our scavenger hunt with the grandkids!

Alexander Faces

I guess it is “Alexander week” on the From the Crouse House blog….

While I was taking photos, Kylie and Andrew wanted me to take silly photos of them.  So to get them to take some “normal” photos, they first made all the funny faces they wanted to get it out of their system.

Here is Kylie-girl:

And Andrew-man:

The following pics were spontaneous…..don’t know what came over them with wanting to give each other kisses….brother/sister loveRed heart.

Visit to Austin

Steve had a conference in Austin this past week and I tagged along so that we could spend some time with Shauna and family.  My camera is always with me so that I can get some photos of the grandkids.
