While we were spending a couple days at the Hollons celebrating James’ 2nd birthday we also enjoyed the time we had with little Will. He just hung out on whatever lap was available.
Will is a sweet, content, smiley boy. We are thankful and blessed to have him in our family. It is so fun to watch Will grow and change from month to month.
The first two years of James’ life have just flown by and he has grown into a very sweet 2 year old Superman!

And he loved all his gifts. It was the perfect 2 year old birthday for James, surrounded by family and few close friends…..he loved every minute.

Our “GIFT” Sunday school class enjoyed an ice cream social at our house a couple of weeks ago. We had a good turnout, yummy ice cream sundaes and great fellowship. Following are some photos of the fun.
We are planning monthly socials so Steve and I are looking forward to spending more fellowship time with this great group of Christian brothers and sisters.
Last Saturday was the SEC football opener for the Aggies. ESPN Gameday was broadcast from campus that day as well. The opponent was Florida and the Aggies had their hands full. We came up on the short end of the score, 20-17, but Steve and I enjoyed the beautiful weather and the game was a good one.
The stands are filling up and the team and crowd are singing “The Spirit of Aggieland”. Traditions.

The last evening we were in Iowa was spent with family on the Crouse family farm playing bocce ball.

It was a short trip to Iowa but we had a great time. I did see my brother, Jan and my niece and her family and unfortunately didn’t take any photos. I used to carry my camera everywhere but now I need to remember to use my iphone when I don’t have my camera. We are so thankful for our family in Iowa.
