Bike Ride to Breckenridge

Tuesday found us on another bike ride, this time from Frisco to Breckenridge. Kylie and Shauna at a beautiful stop along the Blue River.

Breckenridge has a riverwalk area where they have restored the Blue River in a central area of town. They have a small playground where the kids had fun.

Kylie and Andrew found that the river was very cold and they made a quick exit.

Then they braved the water again and walked across the river.

We were very proud of Kylie making the 20 mile round trip from Frisco to Breckenridge. It was uphill to Breckenridge and downhill on the return to Frisco, except for one big hill coming in to Frisco. It was a gorgeous day and we had a wonderful time in Breck.
