The Hodge family joined us for a BBQ in our new patio space and we all thoroughly enjoyed the evening. It started out a bit warm but soon cooled off and with the fans we were totally comfortable. Steve expertly grilled ribs, smoked sausage, a few hot dogs and I added the sides. For dessert we enjoy a fruit trifle that added a bit of red, white and blue. I waited to take photos until it was almost dark and tried to take them without a flash and the result was not very good (some are blurry) but better than nothing.
