We love to go to Sapphire Point each year overlooking Dillon Reservoir in hopes of seeing a beautiful sunset. The first year we went the sunset was spectacular and so far we have not been able to see a better sunset. Nonetheless, every sunset is beautiful and we love to see the God-painted sky as the day comes to rest.
We loved this hot pink on the underside of the clouds just as the sun was setting. We will be going up to Sapphire Point at least once more before going back to Texas.
