After spending a couple of days in Dallas/Ft. Worth where Steve was supervising interns, we made our way to our next stop – Kansas. We had a quick visit with the Kansas Crouses’ and made our traditional trek to Big Ed’s in Bird City for a delicious steak dinner.

We drove by lots of wheat fields. Wheat harvest was over a couple of weeks ago.
Steve and his brother Sam are standing in Steve’s cornfield which was doing well. We are praying that the extreme heat and no rain does not ruin the corn. We are so thankful that we have such a capable farmer as Sam to take care of our land there. The kids were all doing well and that was great to hear. God is certainly blessing the Kansas Crouse family!
