The trailhead for Rainbow Lake is very close to where we are staying so after church on Sunday Steve and I took a nearly four mile hike the Rainbow Lake Trail. On the walk from our condo to the trailhead is a cabin where there are wood carved animals, characters and signs. Love these!
We enjoyed the flowers and plants along the trail.
The trail follows a stream. This is not the most exciting trail for views or waterfalls but it is easily accessible and a fun walk.
